FIRST AID TRAINING DAY'S

Tutor: Lynda Pudney, Registered General Nurse, Registered First Aid Trainer.

Appointed Person First Aid Certificate

The certificate is valid for 3 years and is a requirement for yoga teachers.

Cost: £45 per person   The days start at 10.0am and finish at 4.00pm

We are offering two First Aid days in 2010 and one in early 2011

PREGNANCY YOGA.

A NEW 4-week course begins Wednesday 28 July 2010.

A weekly Prenatal class on a Wednesday evening 6.00pm to 7.20pm with Katyayani.

This is a small class suitable for both beginners and students who have practiced yoga before. The aim is to learn simple but effective yoga postures, breathing and relaxation techniques, which help manage physical ailments common in pregnancy, and prepare mother and baby for birth, physically, emotionally and mentally.

The cost of the 4-week course is £36.

MEDITATION. A NEW 6 -week course in simple techniques which can be learnt quickly and practiced at home.

Course begins Wednesday 29 September 2010.

A weekly class on a Wednesday evening 7.45pm to 9.00pm with Brahmananda.

WOMEN'S YOGA FOR WELL-BEING

A weekly class for women on a Friday evening 7.15pm to 8.45pm with a female teacher. The emphasis of the course will be to: Improve physical fitness and well-being / Increase flexibility, strength, concentration and stamina / Reduce stress, attain calmness, relaxation, and inner stillness.

The cost of the 8-week course is £60.
